Warranty Conditions


1- Warranty will be invalid in case the details of the set (model no. or serial no. or Warranty seal) has been removed,
damaged, or changed from the warranty card of the set.
2- Warranty will be invalid in case of opening the set by customers or by any unauthorized service center.
3- Warranty is not covering the damages due to misuse, transportation, accident, natural disaster, incorrect using of the electricity, and sudden change in the electricity or any operation other than what has been mentioned in the operating manual of the set.

Parts not covered by the warranty :

4/A- Cabin and its parts, buttons, switches, knobs, cassette lid, rod antenna, handles, grips and all accessories such as power
adapters, rechargeable batteries, RUF adapters, recording media, connection cables, headphone, earphones, speakers,
and any other parts that might be damaged because of misuse are not covered by this warranty.
4/B- Zoom lens CCD images sensors and both optical & heads are not covered by this warranty.

Parts partly covered under warranty :

5/A- Picture tube will be replaced once only during the warranty period.
5/B- Laser pickup for compact disk players …etc will be replaced once only during the warranty period.
5/C- Video heads (for video players, recorders) and camcorders heads will be replaced once only during the warranty period.
6- The warranty is not valid if the set used for commercial purposes or in commercial premises or in case of failure due to exposure to sand, heat or humidity….etc.
7- This warranty is valid for a limited period as indicated in the warranty periods table & shall commence from the date of original purchase of the set.
8- This warranty for repair only not replacement.
